Thank you Lauren for your kindness and for being so helpful today! I feed my dogs Fromm and our previous box store previously participate in a rewards program where you collect 12 UPC bars from the dog food bags and redeem for a FREE bag of food! I always looked forward to this reward as dog food is costly. When I found out the local box store wouldn’t honor the reward anymore I contacted Fromm and I was told to call Everything But The Dog. I explained my situation and asked if she would honor this reward. Lauren didn’t even hesitate! She said bring the UPC’s and paperwork down, of course i put it in a plastic bag for safety reasons and she would give me the free bag of Fromm, plus I purchased a bag because I felt that was the right thing to do given her kindness!!
